Dear parents,
I am Bobby Bajaj, a private tutor since the year 2008. I have studied at a boarding school in Panchgani, Maharashtra, India. I was a very timid student and so today I can understand where a child can lack behind. I have finished my graduation in commerce in Mumbai, a Montessori course, a software course from Aptech, and not only that I'm even certificated for a course of teaching special needs children from Oxford University, done RBT,ABA, Training diploma in special education as well working for b.ed in special education right now.
Regarding studies I have my own strategies to teach according to the student's interest like in points, drawing, doing art and craft, flowcharts, singing or even dancing tricks to learn.
I believe each child has a weakness to study. Once we get that, it's easy to get the child interested in studies. if the child is not in the mood, how to get them into that studying mode depends on who is teaching.
I had a student in 2009 who was unable to get along with his level of studies. He would get 24% and was warned by his father that he would be sitting at home as it was difficult for the parents to manage the finance according to the income of the family. I took up this child without knowing his issue and within a week I realized his problem. I made him sit for 8 hours a day teaching and explaining each and every word in each chapter in his portion, each sentence, each spelling. And when he got his result it was shocking.
"A child who would get 24% had reached up to 91%" it was really good news as well as my confidence grew stronger as a tutor.
